This Privacy Policy explains how minniie (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Mr Bojli Kft., collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, mobile services and optional ChatGPT integration.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly, such as your email address, wardrobe photos, inspiration images, selfies, style preferences, and chat messages. We also collect limited technical information automatically, including device type, browser, IP address, and usage analytics, to help us improve the service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide personal styling, outfit suggestions, color analysis, collages and virtual try-on, and to operate and secure minniie. Requests may use your style preferences, saved color analysis, wardrobe records and photos, chat messages, and profile photos when you request a personalized outfit image. minniie does not itself train foundation AI models on customer content. We do not sell your personal data or wardrobe photos to third parties. AI providers process requests under their applicable service terms and agreements; processing may include safety checks and retention of operational or safety records.
3. Photos and generated content
Uploaded photos and generated content are stored to provide your saved account features. When you request styling, color analysis or image generation, the necessary content is sent to the providers carrying out that request. Generated images are AI visualizations and may differ from your actual garments or appearance. Your content is private to your account unless you choose to share it. Supported removal controls are available in the app; contact support@minniie.com for assistance with associated stored photos or account deletion. Removing a record from the app is distinct from removal of storage objects, backups and provider safety records.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how people use minniie so we can improve it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
5. Third-party services
We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, analytics, email and AI processing. Lovable Cloud hosts application data; styling requests use the Lovable AI Gateway, and current outfit-image generation uses OpenAI API endpoints directly. Stripe processes payments; minniie does not store raw payment-card numbers. Providers receive information needed to deliver their services and handle it under the applicable agreements and privacy terms.
6. Optional ChatGPT connection
If you connect minniie to ChatGPT, the permissions you grant allow the integration to access information needed to fulfil your requests, such as your style profile, saved colors, wardrobe and wishlist records and photos, saved looks, and current usage. Supported imports, edits, favorites, feedback and deletion may change your minniie account. Explicitly requested AI outfit images are generated by minniie and may use saved profile photos. Photos attached directly in ChatGPT cannot currently be transferred by this integration; it can provide a link to upload them in minniie instead.
The integration may display requested photos in a gallery or provide private photo links. Current signed photo links expire after 24 hours; anyone you share a still-valid link with may be able to open it. Disconnecting minniie in ChatGPT does not delete your minniie account, saved content or earlier ChatGPT conversations. ChatGPT also processes information under OpenAI’s applicable terms and your ChatGPT account settings.
7. Retention and support correspondence
We retain saved account content to provide your account features, subject to deletion requests and applicable obligations. Backup copies and service-provider safety or operational records may persist after active account records are removed. The applicable provider retention processes determine when those copies expire; we do not promise immediate removal from backups. Payment and invoice records may need to remain under applicable accounting and tax requirements.
Support emails are currently retained indefinitely rather than routinely deleted. Deleting an account does not automatically remove support correspondence. You may contact support@minniie.com with a request concerning that correspondence.
8. Data security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take your privacy seriously and continually review our practices.
9. Your rights and choices
You can access and update supported account information and use the app’s removal controls. You can also contact support@minniie.com to request access to your data, account deletion or assistance with associated stored photos. Account deletion, disconnecting ChatGPT and cancelling a subscription are separate actions. A request to cancel billing must be handled through the subscription or support process; deleting a database record does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription. Some information may remain where retention is required by applicable obligations or service-provider retention processes.
10. Children's privacy
minniie is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
